Mindful Creativity

What is mindful creativity? For me, it is using mindfulness and the arts to find your center. That may be through mindful movement, making mindful music or exploring your artful self.

Chanting with the Harmonium

I fell in love with Ruby, my harmonium, at the Musician’s Mall in Berkeley, CA in December of 2019.  Ever since that time, we have been playing together.  I have found profound healing through playing music and chanting in community.

With dear friends, Cole Butler and Bret Hammer, it has been my honor to play for the teacher training graduates of Spiral Path Yoga Center, Kule Yoga & Ayurveda, and for friends and family. I bring my music into classes and workshops whenever possible.  As my musicianship evolves, I hope to share it with a broader audience.  Until then, we play!

Soul Collage®

I was first introduced to Soul Collage® by my dear friend, Zelie Pforzheimer, when she took her master training in Soul Collage® from Mariabruna Sirabella at Esalen, while I was engaged in a deep yogic training with my mentor teacher.

Soul Collage® is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Images are found, selected and intuited to create cards that have archetypal, universal meaning.  The cards offer wisdom and reflective learning for each creative individual who embarks on this journey.  Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance for the seeker.

"Soul Collage® meets you wherever you are on this journey called life.  Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice". (soulcollage.com)

Occasional workshops and retreats presented in partnership with other Soul Collage® artisans are available. Certification completed, June 2020.
