Service Description

Join the Spiral Heart Yoga Community in celebration of the Spring Equinox. Through a day of yoga, sound healing, mindful art, walking meditation and Yoga Nidra, participants will be invited to embrace new beginnings and fresh awareness. The day will include lunch and time for reflection. Peggy Burt, Heather Gross and Cindy Porcell will hold a sacred space for your enjoyment and renewal. Scholarships available. Please inquire.
