Service Description

Join Aleksandra Ismail, AHC, Ayurvedic Chef & Practitioner for a 3-part Ayurvedic workshop that will teach you how to eat like a true yogi in every season. We will focus on a different dosha (Pitta, Vata, Kapha) each month and you will learn how eating in tune with nature can allow us to feel more balanced and happy in mind, body, and spirit. Discover the importance of using spices in your food and learn how to create an environment ideal for digestion.
